Introduction:
While using TribeTutors.com, at one point or the other, you’ll need to upload media items, such as PDFs, images or videos, say to your user dashboard or for your courses.
Some users already have these media items inside of their cloud services, such as Google Drive, etc.
At TribeTutors.com, there are a few services we allow and integrate presently to make issues such as media upload a seamless experience, and one of these services is Google Drive, hence, there’s the need for you to see how to link your Google Drive Account to TribeTutors.com, to make upload of your media files an easy exercise.
Steps:
To do this, take the following steps:
[NOTE: to have the best experience of your instructor’s dashboard, please use a desktop computer or enable the desktop view mode, if you’re using a mobile device]
* Sign in to your Instructor’s dashboard via tribetutors.com/dashboard, or via any of the Dashboard redirect buttons you can easily find anywhere on the website
* Under the Instructor’s menu section, click on “Settings”
* On the Settings page, click on “More +”
* From the small pop-out, click on “Google Drive”
* On the Google Drive Accounts page, click on the “Sign in with Google” button
* On the next page, choose your Google account that you want to link its Google Drive account
* Click “Continue” on the next, “SoftLab wants access to your Google Account” page. You should be redirected to your instructor’s dashboard after that
* That’s it. You have successfully linked your Google Drive account to TribeTutors.com!
* NOTE: that you have to organize the media items in your Google Drive account into folders, as you might be asked from which folder to select your media file from anytime you want to upload them to TribeTutors.com
