Curating courses, especially for a platform like TribeTutors.com is one of the easiest things on earth, only if you knew!
Whether you have never created a course before, or you already have some courses, but you feel they don’t look professional, I will make this explanation so easy for you to understand.
Now, let’s say you make shoes for a living and you wanted to set up a course on shoe making, you can easily use AI chat bots like Meta AI, ChatGPT, etc., to arrange a course in that line. Here’s how:
Simply tell whichever of these chatbots that’s your choice what it is that you do, and that you want to create a course for it.
Following our TribeTutors.com course creation guidelines, you can ask the chatbot to give your course a name/title (like, “How to Design and Make Your Own Shoes”), a full and detailed description, and a category.
Go on to ask it to break the course down into topics, and then ask for topic summaries/descriptions too. You can have topics like, “Topic 1: Shoe Design Fundamentals”, “Topic 2: Pattern Making and Prototyping”, “Topic 3: Shoe Construction and Assembly”, and so forth.
Now for each topic, ask it to create lessons; so you have lesson names, and each of the lessons having their notes.
Under “Topic 1: Shoe Design Fundamentals”, you can have lessons like:
* Lesson 1: Understanding foot anatomy and shoe fit
* Lesson 2: Learning about different shoe styles and silhouettes
* Lesson 3: Sketching and rendering shoe designs
Under “Topic 2: Pattern Making and Prototyping”, you can have lessons like:
* Lesson 1: Understanding shoe patterns and how to create them
* Lesson 2: Measuring and drafting a custom shoe last
* Lesson 3: Creating a prototype shoe to test design and fit
For “Topic 3: Shoe Construction and Assembly”, you can have the following lessons:
* Lesson 1: Cutting and preparing shoe components
* Lesson 2: Mastering basic shoe construction techniques (e.g. stitching, gluing, lasting)
* Lesson 3: Building a shoe from the ground up (sole, heel, upper)
You see how easy that is! I must confess, I used Meta AI to generate all of that, as I’ve never made a shoe myself in my entire life! 😂
So, I used 3 topics, with 3 lessons under each of them, just for illustrations. You can have as many topics and lessons as possible, as it relates to your own craft.
Now, for each lesson title, ask it to generate their lesson notes. When you’re done, you can as well ask it to generate quizzes for you. All easy!
Now, you can add your lessons as notes on the TribeTutors.com Course Builder, under your Lesson Contents or Lesson Summary section. You can package some of the lessons as downloadable PDFs as well. And you can even make videos out of some of them too. All based on your own creativity. Remember to as well note how to submit your course videos to us.
Now, for your course images, you can use free online stock images from websites like Unsplash.com, Pexels.com, Pixabay.com, Freepik.com, etc. Choose the horizontal landscape images. You can then use free tools like Canva.com or Pixlr.com to resize them into the 700 × 430 pixels dimensions that we accept here at TribeTutors.com.
You can see how easy all of these things work! Life is about information. 👍
